PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make tread rubber for a tire in which part of an unvulcanized rubber for a conductive under tread is inserted into an unvulcanized rubber for a non-conductive cap tread as a rubber for grounding moldable only by remodeling simply into an existing molding apparatus. SOLUTION: In the molding apparatus, at least a channel for the unvulcanized rubber UT for the conductive under tread and a channel for the unvulcanized rubber CT for the non-conductive cap tread are formed in parallel in a preform die 2, an extrusion die 1 is attached to the discharge side of the preform die, and the extrusion die 1 is constituted of at least an upper die 3 and a lower die 4 with an extrusion opening 6 held. A division block 9 dividing the extrusion opening 6 into a right part and a left part is set in the lower die 4, and a communication hole 14 penetrating forward and backward is formed in the division block 9.
