<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a glass body to keep a suitable temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This glass is composed by attaching, to a glass plate 3, a transparent heater element 4 formed by depositing or spraying a transparent heat generation function material containing at least tin oxide, lead oxide and lead chloride as its materials to a transparent substrate 4, or by forming a strip-shaped heater 30 by using a heat generation function material as a film material to attach it to a lower part of a windshield of an automobile or the like.
