PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside insulation method using the filling of granulated rockwool, which can improve the property of close contact with an exterior wall and which can reduce construction time. SOLUTION: This outside insulation method using the filling of the granulated rockwool comprises a process wherein a space S with a required width required for a heat insulation property is provided outside a wall body 1, and a process wherein the space S is filled with the granulated wool by blowing. The space S is covered with a mesh or network-like sheet 2a wherein air is released to the outside so that the granulated rockwool can remain inside, and which enables a filling condition to be visually checked from the outside.
