PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate quantitatively a stress generated in concrete corresponding to the addition quantity of an admixture such as an expansive admixture or a contraction reduction agent. SOLUTION: This stress evaluation device 10 for evaluating the stress generated in the concrete to which the admixture for reducing contraction such as the expansive additive or the contraction reduction agent is added comprises an input device 22 for inputting the addition quantity of the admixture to the concrete, a storage means 18 for storing information for showing the relation between the change with time of the stress generated in the concrete to which the admixture is added and the addition quantity of the admixture, and a CPU 16 for calculating the stress generated in the concrete based on the inputted addition quantity and the stored information.
