PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition that satisfies all of 4 factors of initial adhesion, economical efficiency, adhesive durability and adhesion for a various plastic materials while meeting low VOC. SOLUTION: This two component adhesive composition comprises (A) an aqueous emulsion that comprises polyvinyl alcohol of 0.5-7.5 mass% in terms of the solid content and a vinyl copolymer resin of 30-99 mass% in terms of the solid content having a primary hydroxyl group and/or a carbonyl group, and (B) an organic polyisocyanate compound.
