<p>A vehicle steering wheel is disclosed with an electrical contact for a horn function formed by a protrusion on electrically conductive frame (1). The end of the protrusion defines an operative area (4). The frame is formed of aluminium which can corrode providing an insulating coating. However, electrically conductive paint (5) is applied to operative area (4) to form an electrical contact on steering wheel frame (1). The conductive paint constitutes a good electrical contact which resists corroding.</p> |
