COLORED RESIN COATING FILM FOR COLOR FILTER, EVALUATION METHOD OF COLORED RESIN COATING FILM FOR COLOR FILTER, AND COLOR FILTER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored resin coating film for color filter and a color filter using the colored resin coating film which can be suitably used for the manufacture of a solid-state imaging element having reduced black defect and unevenness on the device and reduced grainedness of reproduction image, and to provide an evaluation method of the colored resin coating film for color filter.

SOLUTION: The colored resin coating film for color filter contains a colorant and has a thickness of 0.1-10μm. Further, the surface of the coating film is divided into a grid-shaped arrangement and divisions of 2μm square are formed and the digitization of assigning brightness value which is obtained by digitizing the brightness of the division into 256 gradations of 0-256 to each of the division is performed. When the division having a difference between the brightness value assigned by the digitization and the average brightness value of all neighboring divisions adjacent to the surrounding of ≥5 is made to be significant division, the total number of the significant divisions is 10% or less of the number of the whole divisions.
