<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function to issue an invoice to a customer and a function to ascertain usage of a system in the system for managing the number and identity of visitors to a customer company or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A server 8 is located remote from the customer company and comprises a database 12 for storing the number of visitors, arrival, departure, and time of departure, and a charging module 30. A user interface 1 is located in the customer company, transfers user-input data inputted on a monitor to the server 8, and the data are stored in the database 12.
