PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw component of light weight of which mechanical strength is high and whose insulation characteristics, corrosion resistance, non-magnetic property, and long-term dimensional stability are excellent, and to provide a method for manufacturing the screw part, being simple and economic, for complex and unlimited form, with excellent regenerativity and dimensional precision. SOLUTION: The screw component contains inorganic filler and a resin. The content of the resin is 40 vol.% or less against the total volume. The inorganic filler is a mixed powdery material containing an inorganic powdery material having average particle size of 5-50μm and an another inorganic powdery material having average particle size being 1/10 or less of the inorganic powdery material. The screw component is molded into a prescribed form after the inorganic filler is evenly mixed with the resin, but is preferred to be molded in injection molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
