PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallax compensation device of a camera capable of adjusting parallax with high precision and by a simple operation and of shortening adjusting time. SOLUTION: The parallax compensation device 1 is provided with a rotation adjustment means (a rotation guidance part 31, a groove part 41, etc.) for considering a specific lens as a lens L for parallax compensation among a plurality of lenses constituting a finder optical system 2 and shifting the lens L for parallax compensation in the Y axis direction among two axis directions X, Y to be mutually crossed at right angles in a plane B to be orthogonally crossed with an optical axis A by rotation and a slide adjustment means (an adjustment screw 5, a screw hole 3b, a spring member 6) for shifting the lens L for parallax compensation shifted by the rotation adjustment means in the X axis direction by slide. In addition, the lens L for parallax compensation is arranged so that the optical axis A preliminarily becomes eccentric to a rotational center C to be rotated by the rotation adjustment means.
