<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the structure and processing of a master unit and a slave unit common, to dispense with an exclusive communication line for transmitting time information between the master unit and the slave unit, and to dispense with the change of a parameter in adding a slave unit or changing the relation between units. <P>SOLUTION: In the numerical control system 1, a numerical control device 10 comprises a storage means 2 for storing the control start time of a control axis; a time information receiving means 3 for receiving time information transmitted from the outside and outputting an interpolation start signal synchronously with the time information; and a movement instruction output means 4 for receiving the interpolation start signal and starting a movement instruction output to a servo control part when this time information is matched to the control start time stored in the storage part.
