PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a phosphorylase from a phosphorylase-producing bacterium with a high purity in a simple manner. SOLUTION: This method for producing the phosphorylase comprises culturing the phosphorylase-producing bacterium in a culture medium having a concentration of phosphoric acids or their salt of≥50 mM, and collecting the phosphorylase formed in the culture medium.
