FIELD: production of fermented grass beverage useful for health. ^ SUBSTANCE: beverage contains extract of Andrographis plant, extract of barley, wheat and/or fruit, and ethanol in concentration of from 3 to 13% on conversion to total of beverage, and, possibly, extract of Tinospora plant and other additives. Said beverage does not contain hops though it has taste characteristic of beer. Invention also refers to method for producing of grass beverage useful for human health, preferably, method for introducing of betters into said useful beverage, and method for utilization of said beverage as beer or for producing of beer having indicated medicinal properties characteristic of antioxidants, relaxant, choleretic means, cardiotonic, emictory, digestion facilitating agent, and immune modulator. ^ EFFECT: provision for producing of beverage free of harmful effect and useful for human health. ^ 60 cl, 8 ex |
