A book holder-embedded desk is provided to increase utilization of the desk and prevent overstrain from affecting the neck of the student or user of the desk by allowing a student or user of the desk to conveniently read a book on the desk. A book holder-embedded desk comprises a desk top plate(1), a plastic plate(2), and an aluminum memeber(3). The desk top plate is made of wood. The plastic plate has a green color and is installed on a front face of the desk top plate. The aluminum member have aluminum rods as hinges which are fixed to 1/3 and 2/3 points of the aluminum member such that the aluminum rods can be pivotally folded or unfolded. The aluminum member is capable of being folded up to an angle of 45 degrees in the upward direction. The plastic plate is placed on the aluminum member such that a book can be put on the plastic plate.
