PURPOSE:To attain real time recovery and to shorten the time at the time of verifying, by writing time information corresponding to a key data in a memory, as the period of integer times of a prescribed unit, then, reading the data and the time information, and displaying a key data. CONSTITUTION:When a system starts, and a timer 3 also generates the time information, the time information is fed to a CPU 4 through a control circuit 2, and a timer is interrupted. When a key buffer 6 is updated as a result, a data is read out and is saved in a still buffer 7, and one write-in is completed. The timer 3 counts up in 20ms unit, and the timer values of 20, 100, 60, 40ms, corresponding to A-D, are written in the buffer 7 together with the key data. At the recovery of the key data, when the data of the buffer 7 is the key data, and in case of no skipping, the timer values are counted down as far as the timer value is not '0', and when it comes to '0', the recovery of the key data is completed. Thus, the key data is made possible not only for the real time recovery, but shortening the time at the time of the verifying.
