PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of fluid process and a fluid process apparatus capable of suppressing a difference pressure produced by a fluid flow adjusting means for adjusting respective fluid flows supplied to respective loads and reducing an energy loss by controlling a supply output of a pump so as to minimize the difference between a fluid pressure supplied to a plurality of loads to be subjected to the fluid process and the supply pressure of the pump. SOLUTION: In the operation method of fluid process, the supply output of a raw liquid supply pump A is controlled so as to minimize the difference between the maximum supply pressure of the raw liquid 1a and the supply pressure of the raw liquid supply pump A by comparing respective supply pressures of raw liquid 1a supplied to filtration membrane modules M1-M6 which are connected to the raw liquid supply pump A in parallel.
