<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generating set with relatively minute structure, for enabling both of experiments of wind power generation and electromagnetic induction to provide understanding about energy conversion. <P>SOLUTION: A drive rotational shaft of the wind power generating set has clutch structure, and through the clutch structure, the experiments of power generation by rotary blades and the electromagnetic induction can be performed, so that it is possible to learn principle of power generation. In the experiment of the electromagnetic induction, by driving a motor, an experiment of power generation amount depending on arbitrary rotation number can be performed. Accurate adjustment of distance between a generating coil and a circular rotary magnet with screw mechanism enables the experiment of the power generation amount. The generating coil has a cavity part therein, and various magnetic materials can be pushed into the cavity part, so that it is possible to check the change in power generation amount by the experiment. Further, the experiment of the power generation amount can be performed, by constituting a magnetic circuit while attaching iron piece material to an iron core. By the experiments as parameters, an experimenter can perform the experiment of the power generation amount depending on arbitrary rotation number while carrying the set, and can also perform collation with a theoretical value. For safety measure to prevent accidents, a bar-like member is provided to prevent the motor from rotating the rotary blades.
