<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable energy saving to be performed by supplying a stable saving power to a load by effectively utilizing natural energy by effectively controlling an inverter by connecting a generator to a power saving unit, and to reduce a disturbance outputted to detect a single operation from a power source supplied to the load simultaneously when the single operation of energy creating means by a compensating part of the power saving unit or a voltage stabilizer. <P>SOLUTION: A power source device includes the energy creating means 9 connected in parallel with the power saving unit 3, system linking control means 11 for controlling as a system linking inverter of the energy creating means 9 to generate a disturbance signal for detecting the single operation of the energy creating means 9, and disturbance reduction control means 12 for controlling a full bridge inverter 7 to reduce the disturbance signal.
