PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control operating conditions in a plurality of production facilities based on the operations performed by a limited number of operators.

SOLUTION: In this production facility controller, an SCR image 43 and an ITV image 42 for managing operations in a plurality of production facilities for manufacturing pig iron are displayed on a large screen 5, and information necessary for controlling the operating conditions in those respective production facilities is intensively displayed on the large screen 5. Thus, an operator is able to operate an input device 31 based on the displayed SCR image 43 and the ITV image 42. At the time of controlling the operating conditions in the plurality of production facilities, the operating conditions in the plurality of production facilities can be controlled based on the operation of one operator.
