PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservation box for conserving fishes and meat while suppressing the discoloration and rottenness thereof. SOLUTION: The preservation box comprises an oxygen concentration varying device 5 for increasing oxygen concentration in preservation to suppress the discoloration of meat and fishes.
