PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide mechanism with a simplified seal structure between a door opening and a front door without impairing a space of an instrument panel part by miniaturizing and simplifying a front slide door for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A first arm 28 rotatable in a horizontal direction relative to a vehicle body axis 27 of a door opening part 2 is provided, and a first roller installed at a tip end of the first arm 28 is supported by a door guide rail 12 of a front door 3. A second shaft 37 of the front door 3 is used as a supporting point, so as to support the second arm 36 rotatably in a horizontal direction. An arm guide rail 33 is installed at an intermediate part of the first arm 28, and the second roller 34 installed at a tip end of the second arm 36 is supported by the arm guide rail 33. A vehicle body guide rail 11 can be connected with the arm guide rail 33 by rotation of the first arm 28. A seal part 39 is formed on an inner side from the connection part.
