PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing bag which can be opened easily, but can not be opened unintentionally. SOLUTION: A packing bag has an easy-opening portion 7 at which it is started to open the packing bag, and the easy-opening portion 7 is formed at a location distant from the perimeter of the packing bag without lying on the perimeter. |
