Transparent precious or semi-precious stone, set in frame with luminescent pattern on inner surface

The stone can be precious, semi-precious or just of specifically cut glass and of a transparent quality. The frame is provided with several grooves arranged in an attractive pattern on its inner surface filled with a luminescent substance resulting in a multi-colored sparkle or changing colors when the stone is moved. A space is left between the inner surface of the case and the lower surface of the stone which is supported on a circular projection positioned at the vertical segment of the frame.
