PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device having improved operating responsiveness even when transmitting operation signals corresponding to set data several times. SOLUTION: The remote control device 1 repetitively transmits the operation signals having the same information corresponding to the set data D for controlled equipment to the controlled equipment several times. It comprises an operating means (an operating switch) 3 for selectively changing the set data D, a signal transmitting means 6 for transmitting the operation signals, and a control mean 10 for stopping the repetitive transmission of the operation signals and allowing the operating means 6 to repetitively transmit new operation signals corresponding to new set data D several times if the new set data D is set by the operating means 3 when repetitively transmitting the operation signals to the controlled means.
