PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw coupling device capable of being disassembled to be left for recycling in the condition that no other members are attached and being turned into pellets through crushing to serve again for a resin molding process. SOLUTION: The screw coupling device is equipped with a set screw, a first member having a first through hole admitting penetration of the set screw, a fixing member formed from metal and having a female threaded part whereto the set screw is fitted, and a second member having a second through hole to admit penetration of the set screw, an insert hole to admit insertion of the fixing member from the direction approximately perpendicular to the direction in which the set screw is fitted, and a plurality of placing parts on which the fixing member inserted from the insert hole is placed. After the fixing member is inserted from the insert hole in the second member and placed on the placing parts, the first member is abutted to the second member, and the set screw is inserted through the first through hole in the first member and the second through hole in the second member and fitted fast in the female threaded part of the fixing member, and thereby the first member and the second member are coupled together.
