MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BACK-UP MATERIAL USED IN ROOFING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and efficiently manufacturing two roof back-up materials by cutting a woody fiberboard using a circular saw without using a mold. SOLUTION: A roof back-up material manufacturing apparatus 1 used in this roof back-up material manufacturing method is composed of a receiving stand 8 having a slit 7, the caul 3 installed on the receiving stand 8 at a right angle and the leaf spring-like caul 4 provided on the receiving stand 8. The slit 7 has a width and length of a degree permitting the edge 5a of the circular saw 5 described hereinbelow to protrude to install the saw. The circular saw 5 has the rotatable shaft core 6 provided to the lower part of the receiving stand 8 so that the angle thereof is freely regulated with respect to the receiving stand 8. The angle of the shaft core preferable to manufacture the roof back-up material is 1-10°with respect to the receiving stand 8.
