PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing structure and a waterproofing method wherein a waterproofing layer, having a designed appearance and/or a slip-resistive rough surface, can be executed in a short time. SOLUTION: A one-part wet-curing type of urethane resin composition is cured on a surface of a substrate 1 to be waterproofed to form a high-weathering polyurethane waterproofing layer 2.
