PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cake baking controlling mechanism using a temperature sensor for accurately controlling temperature through measuring the core temperature of a sponge cake from several places. SOLUTION: The temperature sensor 1 is composed of a needle-like temperature detecting part 2 with an edge folded in an almost right-angled form, a stand type temperature sensor supporting part 3 for installing the temperature detecting part 2 at a fixed height and a cord 5 set with a socket 4 sending detected information to a control circuit on the tip end.
