FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for preparation of hydrocarbon fuel for internal combustion engine and it can be used for modification of composition and properties of oil distillation fractions (fuels) in process of industrial processing. According to invention, fuel is subjected to mediate treatment by SHF fields.
