<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently suppress changes of a contact load at a sliding part even if a clamping margin of an outside seal lip 22b changes. <P>SOLUTION: A minimum wall thickness part 36 is provided near the base end of the outside seal lip 22b. The thickness of the outside seal lip 22b gradually increases as advances from the minimum wall thickness part 36 to a maximum wall thickness part 37 provided near the tip edge. A clamping margin L<SB>1</SB>in the axial direction on the outside surface of a slinger 16 of the outside seal lip 22b is set to be 20% or more of the dimension in the axial direction of the outside seal lip 22b in a free condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
