PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management terminal of a moving body, capable of easily recognizing a position where a trouble has occurred while the moving body such as a freight is travelling. SOLUTION: The information of the moving body management terminal comprises: a travelling route information storing means 11 for representing the predetermined travelling route; a present position detecting means 12 for detecting the present position of the moving body; a communication means 13 for communicating with an outer system 50 which is managing the movement of the moving body; a route deviation determination means 16 for determining whether the moving body is deviated or not based on the information of the travelling route and information of the present position representing the present position. The route deviation determination means 16 controls the communication means 13, when determines that the moving body has deviated from the traveling route, and the communication means 13 transmits the information of the present position corresponding to the control of the route deviation determination means 16.
