PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static preventing device giving no influences on an air flow in a duct while securing generation of ions. SOLUTION: Because an electrode 11 for generating ions is arranged at an outer peripheral edge 1s of a ventilator blow outlet 1, the electrode 11 does not give influences on an air flow in a ventilator duct 4, so as to prevent wind noises and enlargement of the duct.
