PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor cleaner which does not give rise to a cleaning defect as a result of breaking of a sub-flicker bar and consequent damaging of a fur brush, does not flaw a photoreceptor, is highly reliable and is low in a maintenance cost. SOLUTION: The photoreceptor cleaner for the electrophotographic apparatus has a means for removing the toner stuck and deposited on the inside surface of a housing by oscillating the housing around the axial center of oscillation of the housing and changing the contact position of the housing and the fur brush with the oscillation of the housing. The cleaner is provided with the flicker bar having the eccentric axis of rotation parallel with the revolving shaft of the fur brush and the fur brush is connected to the housing via the eccentric axis of rotation.
