PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device to continuously drive an engine by supplying a lubricating oil appropriately to parts even though the engine is inclined. SOLUTION: In a structure that a partitioning plate 12 is arranged below a crankshaft 4 and in the upper part of an oil pan 8, and check valves 13, 14 are arranged to the partitioning plate 12, the check valves 13, 14 closed at the time of overturning are respectively arranged on a clutch 6 side and an opposite clutch side, the valve element 14a of the check valve 14 on the opposite clutch side is formed of a leaf spring, and a weight 21 is attached to the leaf spring.
