摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for performing favorable premixing compression self-ignition combustion in a wider operation region by performing premixing satisfactorily even in an engine high speed rotation and/or high load operation region in which premixing time is short in a premixing compression self-ignition combustion internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: When performing premixing compression self-ignition combustion, the amount of low boiling point fuel (light fuel) having low boiling point among fuels supplied into the internal combustion engine is increased when the number of revolutions and/or load of the engine is increased. When increasing the number of revolutions of the engine, premixing time is shortened, and when increasing the fuel injection amount, longer premixing time is required.
