PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, and more surely strengthen muscles especially on the internal sides of the knees and thighs by a training which can easily be performed. SOLUTION: This apparatus for muscle training has a board member 2, a supporting member 3, and connecting members 4 and 5. In this case, for the board member 2, right and left foot rests 6 and 7 having a slope which tilts in such a manner that the external side becomes higher as a foot placing surface are arranged on the upper surface of the board member 2 with a specified interval, by one each for both sides. The supporting member 3 is arranged on the lower surface side of the board member, and comes rockably into contact with a floor surface. The connecting members 4 and 5 connect the board member and the supporting member in such a manner that the board member is slidable to the supporting member in the direction connecting the center of both the foot rests.
