PURPOSE: A probe pin insulation method is provided to eliminate the necessity of using an optical camera and simplify procedures by coating an insulation material through the use of a silk screen. CONSTITUTION: A probe pin insulation method comprises a first step of dipping a probe pin assembly(100) into a pre-treatment solution and performing a pre-treatment process by using ultrasonic waves; a second step of mounting the pre-treated probe pin assembly on a plate(200); a third step of depositing an insulation material on a mask(220) of the plate; a fourth step of permitting the deposited insulation material to be coated onto the probe pin assembly by using a silk screen printer; a fifth step of drying the insulation material coated on the probe pin assembly; and a sixth step of turning the upside of the probe pin assembly down, and repeating the third to fifth steps.
