FIELD: medicine; cosmetics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing and applying electrically activated cosmetic therapy substance. Preparation process involves passing alternating electric current through electrolyte material. The alternating current is applied for at least 10 min with preferential time being 4-8 h long for changing physical properties of the substance. Then the current is switched off. The active substance is administered as inhalation in pulmonary tract or as injections into human or animal body.
