PURPOSE: An intake lever of a blower for a vehicle is provided to conveniently couple the cable to the intake lever for driving an indoor/outdoor air converting door by exposing the connection portion of the cable coupled to the indoor/outdoor converting switch through the glove box installation part of the crash pad. CONSTITUTION: Air inlets(2a,2b) are formed in the front and rear parts of an intake duct(2), and an indoor/outdoor air switching door(3) is installed in the intake duct to selectively open and close the air inlets. An intake lever of a blower of a vehicle opens and closes the indoor/outdoor air switching door by connecting the indoor/outdoor air switching door to an indoor/outdoor converting switch cable(7). The intake lever comprises a body part(11) turned and hinged around a side wall(2c) of the intake duct and connected to the indoor/outdoor air switching door, and a connecting part(12) extended from the body part to the front of the intake box and connected to the cable.
