The electrical contact system (3) is operated by a magnetic release solenoid mechanism (1). This has a fixed core (11) and a moving armature (10) with a rod (9) whose end (5) engages the contact release lever (30). The movable contact (4) on one end of the rocking lever (32) engages a fixed contact (2) when released by a sliding member (40). A coupling rod (70) has an upper end (74) connected to the sliding member and moving in two slots (43,47). Its lower end moves in slots (54) in a fixed member (50) and (66) in a lever (62) connected to the bottom end (6-10a) of the moving armature.
