PURPOSE: An FET(field effect transistor) device, and a structure and a method for mounting the same are provided to prevent a contact surface between a radiator and a blower motor case from being molten down, even when the high temperature heat generated during motor stall is transmitted to the radiator. CONSTITUTION: An FET device(1000) comprises a radiator(100); a housing(300) on which the radiator is coupled; an FET element and a temperature fuse accommodated in the space formed beneath the radiator; a printed circuit board assembly connected to terminals of the FET element and the temperature fuse; a stepped portion formed at a bottom of the radiator; and a radiator cover(200) for covering the stepped portion, passing through the radiator.
