PURPOSE: A fixing device is provided to test the leakage of oil in oil filters having threads of various kinds and various sizes by sealing the oil filter and injecting air into the oil filter. CONSTITUTION: A housing(20) has a circular hole in the upper center. A disk typed derivate(212) having a flat typed step portion is formed in the lower inside of the housing easily separated and combined. A pair of fixing members(211) are formed to be easily reciprocated by inserting and combining between the housing and the derivate. Fixing protrusions(214) are formed in the upper parts extended upward the fixing members. Each fixing protrusion is located in the upper part of a thread in an oil filter by moving each fixing member outward. In falling a fixing device of the oil filter, the oil filter is fallen by supporting the fixing protrusions in the upper part of the thread. The lower faces of sliding faces(213) faced with the fixing members are inclined. Elastic members are inserted between elastic grooves(216) in the fixing members and the housing to gather the fixing members inward against the housing. The fixing members are moved outward respectively by lifting operating rods between the sliding faces. Thereby, the oil filter is sealed by contacting and supporting to the thread and air is injected into the oil filter while sealing the outside of the oil filter.
