PURPOSE: A multipurpose machine for processing shell fish is provided to maintain the freshness of the flesh of the shell fish and to increase the amount of daily processed shell fish. CONSTITUTION: The multipurpose machine for processing shell fish includes a cylinder shaft knife(7), a working bearing roll table(8), a vacuum pump(10), a aggregate place of processed shell fish, a cylinder support(12), a folding-screen support(13), a bearing roll shelf, a fixed bolt rack(15), a urethane spring hose(16), a hinge, a drawer-like upward/downward movable working shelf, and a hand valve as the first installation items. The cylinder shaft knife(7) has various shapes according to the shape of processed shell fish. The second installment items are a hammer punch shaped cylinder knife(7), a scissor-straw cutter shaped cylinder knife(7) and a vacuum conduit pipe(23) attached to the vacuum pump(10).
