PURPOSE: A rotational movement controller is provided to control a rotational movement of a rotor accurately. CONSTITUTION: A rotational movement controller is coupled with a rotator to selectively control the rotational movement of the rotor. The controller includes an actuator(20), an operational power delivering portion, an elastic member(34), a stopper support(50), and a stopper(60). The operational power delivering portion is coupled between the actuator and the rotor to transfer the rotational power from the actuator to the rotor. The elastic member is elastically applied between the operational power delivering portion and the rotor to enable an up/down movement of the operational power delivering portion. The spiral stopper support is implemented on an outer perimeter of the operational power delivering portion. The stopper is detachably implemented on the stopper support to selectively eject the operational power delivering portion from the actuator.
