PURPOSE: Provided is a luminous organic compound which is improved in ink solubility, ink fastness and light resistant property and is used in the luminous layer of organic electro-luminescence elements. CONSTITUTION: The luminous organic compound is represented by formula (1), in which n is an integer of 2 or more; R1 is aryl group, heterocyclic group, aralkyl group, alkyl group with fluorine or alkyl group, which may have substituted group; R2 is aryl group, heterocyclic group, aralkyl group, alkyl group with fluorine or alkyl group, which may have substituted group; M is trivalent metal; R3, R4 and R5 are identical or different alkyl group, aralkyl group or aryl group, which may have substituted group; and Z is covalent bonding group with n-valent group.
