摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling an initial state charging current and a discharging current in an electronic vehicle is provided to prevent an arc discharge and to prevent breakdown of components due to an instantaneous current. CONSTITUTION: A current controlling apparatus includes a first battery(100) condensing 36V operational voltage, a second battery(200) supplying 12V load voltages, an IGS(Integrated Generator Starter)(300), a DC/DC converter(400), an inverter(500), an MCU(Main Controlling Unit)(600), and an initial charging/discharging processor(700). The IGS generates operational power for driving a motor and a set voltage of a generator. The DC/DC converter steps down an output voltage of the first battery and the IGS to supply the result to the second battery as a charging voltage, and steps up the voltage of the second battery to supply load voltages to corresponding loads. The inverter switches the DC voltage from the first battery to a three phase source to drive the IGS. The initial charging/discharging processor limits the initial current when an ignition key is turned on, while discharges residual current on loads when the ignition key is turned off.
