PURPOSE: A CCTV camera with an illumination measurer and an illumination control system using the camera are provided to control brightness and lighting in real time by showing an illumination value in each place. CONSTITUTION: A control part(21) controls operations of whole system such as a function of a CCTV camera, an illumination check of an external light and data input output. An illumination measurement part(22) receives illumination information of the external light in response to a control signal from the control part and thereby measures illumination. A storage part(21) stores the illumination information received by the illumination measurement part under the control of the control part. An information input output part(25) receives a program necessary for checking external illumination. A sound transceiver(26) sends information on an emergency call and lighting in a voice.
