摘要 PURPOSE: A crank position sensing wheel mounting structure is provided to rotate a crank position sensing wheel at the constant rotational speed and to prevent emission-reduction causing abnormal combustion and noise by damping the change of rotational angular velocity transmitted to the crank position sensing wheel. CONSTITUTION: A crank position sensing wheel mounting structure is composed of a ring gear(35) assembled at the outer periphery of a bent unit(34) formed by curving the outer periphery of a fly wheel; notches(41) disposed at constant intervals in the side of the bent unit of the fly wheel to act with a crank position sensor; an annular fixing plate(42) attached on one surface of the fly wheel and formed with an inner bearing mounting unit(42b) having the outer periphery curved toward a bending direction of the bent unit; a damping plate(44) having an outer bearing mounting unit(44b) disposed at the inner end and connected in the middle of the fixing plate and plural notches arranged at the constant intervals in a notch unit(44a) formed at the outer end; a bearing(46) interposed between the outer bearing mounting unit of the damping plate and the inner bearing mounting unit of the fixing plate; and rubber(48) disposed between the inner periphery of the bent unit of the fly wheel and the outer periphery of the outer bearing mounting unit to absorb the change of rotation angular velocity transmitted to the crank position sensing wheel.
