PURPOSE: A ball link apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to smoothly rotate the ball member by including link connection members. CONSTITUTION: A ball link apparatus includes a first link connection member(50), a second link connection member, and a lower covering member. The first link connection member(50) has a ball member(52) integrated with the first link connection member. The ball member(52) rotates together with a rotation movement when the rotation movement is exerted on the ball member(52). The second link connection member delivers a straight movement by the rotation of the ball member(52). The lower covering member(64) is used for covering the lower side of the second link connection member. The upper inner diameter of the first link connection member(50) is smaller than the lower inner diameter in order to prevent the separation of the ball member(52) toward an upper direction.
