PURPOSE: A light emitting diode display apparatus is provided to block a scattering light an edge portions and to increase a contrast by using a light absorbing sheet as well as an upper optical absorbing layer. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode display apparatus includes a light emitting diode chip, a reflection portion(400), a light absorbing layer(700), a diffusion film(500), and an upper optical absorbing layer(410). The reflection portion includes a reflective surface and an aperture by which a light passes. The light absorbing layer is formed on the reflection portion and includes another aperture for passing a light from the light emitting diode chip and an optical absorbing portion for preventing scattering of the light. The diffusion film is arranged on the light absorbing layer and diffuse the light homogeneously. The upper optical absorbing layer is formed on the diffusion film to block a scattering light.
